The private partnership Trost · Rudoba & Sozien is mainly involved in providing legal advice for our clients. While such advice primarily concerns legal enquiries received from companies, it also embraces highly personal legal matters affecting partners and associates, entrepreneurial families and private persons.
The joint practice also deals with complex, interdisciplinary matters relating to commercial law and/or tax law, the aim being to closely examine the problems faced from the standpoints of the various specialists and to arrive at highly co-ordinated and integrated solutions. Such internal interdisciplinary co-ordination guarantees a detailed specialist analysis from various perspectives. This allows us, on the basis of our internal discussions, to present various proposals to our clients indicating the alternative approaches. From the client's point of view, this normally proves a more efficient method of problem-solving, since our past knowledge of the client's preferences, based on years of professional contact, is also taken into account in the proposals we make. Moreover, the client need not personally attempt to co-ordinate the separate results obtained from various specialists before arriving at a decision.
Extensive problems in the fields of auditing and tax consultancy, as well as regularly recurring work, are undertaken by Trost · Rudoba & Partner Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft / Steuerberatungsgesellschaft, whose own specialists are well practised in these fields, in the best interests of the clients.
In particular, we also support other auditors and/or tax consultants in legal matters and advise other lawyers on financial or accounting issues, in both cases observing client protection, of course.
